“Jake at Flawless is GREAT to work with. He removed a dent from our GMC Arcadia and it looks showroom new. His estimate and pricing are very reasonable, and he completed the repair as scheduled.”

“We had a huge door ding on our Volvo XC90 and after Jake did his magic it's completely gone! Jake also removed a bunch of dents on the trunk of my 23-year-old Mercedes E55.”

Hail repair questions

Will my insurance cover hail damage?
Hail is usually covered under the comprehensive part of your auto policy. You typically pay only your deductible. We help you file the claim and work with the adjuster.
Will a hail claim raise my rates?
Hail is a comprehensive claim, not an at-fault accident, so it is usually treated differently from a collision. Ask your insurer how they handle it for your policy.
How long does hail repair take?
Light hail is often done in 1–3 days. Heavy hail usually takes 2–7 business days from start to finish, depending on how many panels are hit.
How do you price hail damage?
By the number and size of dents on each panel, plus standard rates for removing and reinstalling trim, headliners or other parts needed to reach the dents.
I was just in a hailstorm. What should I do?
Take photos in the shade, check the roof, hood and trunk (hail dents are easy to miss), and send them to us for a free inspection. Earlier is better: schedules fill fast after a storm.
